Mange Tout opened its doors in 2009 and has become one Brighton’s favourite independent Bistros. Offering a fresh, quality focused menu backed up by locally roasted coffee, sustainably sourced tea and natural wines. We look forward to welcoming you. Seven days a week we serve up one of Brighton’s best brunch offerings, alongside a frequently changing lunch menu of seasonal small and large plates. We love our food and believe in using fresh, sustainable ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible. Dinner is available Thursday, Friday and Saturday. ​

Sustainability and authenticity run through everything we do, especially our wines. Our wines come from organic agriculture and a low intervention approach to vinification. These “Natural Wines” are real, true to their source, fruit and terroir.
